The first part has the reception and 14 bungalows: 2 beach bungalows, 4 lagoon view bungalows, 5 garden view bungalows and 3 standard bungalows near the road.

All bungalows are made of wood and included 2 double beds, living room, bathroom and toilets, refrigerator, coffee maker and ceiling fan.
